All congress fees are listed and paid in Norwegian currency (NOK) and include full participation in WATOC 2025. The fees cover attendance at all congress sessions, refreshments at the opening on Sunday, coffee during breaks, and refreshments at the three poster sessions.

The student fees are available to those currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program. A proof of student status, such as a letter of enrollment or a student ID, is required to confirm eligibility for the discounted fee. Proof must be presented upon arrival at the congress.
The Congress Dinner is open to registered participants, for an additional fee of 1,150 NOK. WATOC Board Members and Fellows will receive individual invitations and should not register through the standard registration process.
