OSLO 2025

The student fees are available to those currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program. A proof of student status, such as a letter of enrollment or a student ID, is required to confirm eligibility for the discounted fee. Proof must be presented upon arrival at the congress. 

The Congress Dinner is open to registered participants, for an additional fee of 1,150 NOK. WATOC Board Members and Fellows will receive individual invitations and should not register through the standard registration process.

Participation at Young WATOC, held on June 21, is open to all, but presentations will be given only by speakers who have defended their PhD thesis in 2020 or later. The speakers will be selected by members of the Local Scientific Committee and the International Advisory Board based on submitted abstracts. Participants who have been selected for talks will be informed by 1 May 2025. 

There is no poster session for Young WATOC. 

There is no additional fee for participation at Young WATOC, beyond registration for WATOC 2025. The optional Young WATOC Dinner in the evening of June 21 costs 625 NOK.
